Cannot hear sounds on the app
First, verify that you can play audio with other applications like Youtube. If you cannot hear any audio from those apps, the problem is usually iPad related and not an issue with See.Touch.Learn.
Here are a few suggestions that might fix the problem:
1.) Shut down the iPad completely, and make sure the volume is turned all the way up. Then try an app with audio again.
2) Some iPads have two ways to control the volume. The slider switch on the side turns the audio on or off and the rocker switch below that raises and lowers the volume. Make sure that the slider switch is up (no orange dot is showing) and then press the upper side of the rocker switch and see the volume display on the screen to make sure the volume is turned up.
3.) If both of those steps don’t fix the problem, start the See.Touch.Learn.app and go to the main screen and press the Settings button. There you will have the option of turning on or off the Audio prompts and the game sounds. Make sure that they are both set to “ON”. The Sound customizations are off if “NONE” is selected.
