We’re sorry you’re having this issue! This can happen when users are upgrading their iPad software or moving to a new iPad.
You may have to uninstall the app and then download it again. Please note, uninstalling the See.Touch Learn app will ERASE all your data (lesson plans & libraries).
Before you uninstall the app, please make sure to upload any lessons and libraries you have created into the community. Once you upload your lessons search for them to ensure they were properly uploaded.
Once you reinstall the app on your device you can go into the community and search and download your lessons to your device.
