This has been the millionth time I’ve tried to get on an exercise routine at home. For me, I’ve found it helpful to make Youtube playlists titled Short, Medium, Long. Then I add my favorite work out from home videos, and in between work meetings, I try and use whatever time I have to do a quick exercise routine.
I’ve always had such a hard time working out at home. Since stay at home I’ve started walking longer distances around the neighborhood with my dog.
Its given me the opportunity to find new spots that I had never noticed before. I always just drove by!
